Straight answers

Are you acting as my real estate agent?
No. This is a coaching and consulting service — I don't represent you in the transaction, negotiate on your behalf, or sign anything for you. You remain the seller of record and make all decisions. I strongly recommend a Connecticut real estate attorney for your closing (required in CT anyway), and I'll connect you with good ones.
Why would a REALTOR® help me avoid paying a commission?
Because you already decided to sell on your own — my job is making sure you don't get hurt doing it. Some mentorship clients close solo and send me referrals. Some realize halfway through they'd rather hand it off, and the credit clause means their fee wasn't wasted. Both outcomes work for me.
Do you only work in English?
Every session, document review, and text exchange is available in English or Spanish — whichever you think in. Marketing materials for your listing can be produced bilingually to reach more buyers.
What if my property doesn't sell?
The fee covers the coaching, not a guaranteed outcome — no honest professional can guarantee a sale. What I can promise: you'll go to market priced correctly, marketed properly, and prepared for negotiation, which is exactly what determines whether FSBOs sell. And if you switch to listing with me, your fee credits forward.
